    Job Summary and Qualifications

    As a RN Pediatric Quality Management Coordinator, you will support the mission of Presbyterian/St Lukes Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Quality Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting performance improvement activities to include developing and supporting clinical product line quality initiatives according to the strategic plan at Presbyterian/St. Lukes Medical Center. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
    • Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.
    • Pediatric experience preferred.
    • Quality management experience preferred.
    • Must possess outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess PC skills in a Windows environment, specifically EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint.
    • Preferred experienced in project management, analytical skills, performance improvement/redesign and Meditech a plus.
    • Must like to work in a high-performance environment and have a proven track record of success.
    • Must have the ability to design and develop performance measures, experience in data analysis and statistical processes, experience in providing education and presentations as well as policy and procedure development.
    • Should have experience in facilitating performance improvement teams and clinical experience that provides necessary knowledge and skill to develop clinically focused quality initiatives for product line development.
