This fully accredited acute care facility is home to over 300-beds and is known to offer world-class medical and surgical specialties. The Nurse Director of Family Birthing Services will join a mid-sized community hospital that provides care to more than 15,000 inpatient and nearly 200,000 outpatient visits annually. This medical center offers a wide variety of specialized medical and surgical services including behavioral health, cardiology, emergency and critical care, oncology, perioperative, birthing services, and much more.

Reporting to the CNO, The Nurse Director ofMaternal Child Health will oversee a dynamic obstetric service line that is proud to help delivery more than 1,000 babies each year and offers a Level III NICU that is fully staffed with experienced Neonatologists, specially trained nurses, and Lactation Consultants. The Nurse Director of Family Birthing Services will beresponsiblefor leading a diverse team of staff, ensuring quality metrics are met and upheld, overseeing patient satisfaction, overseeing departmental staffing and budgeting, and working with other leadership executives to ensure the department is meeting all organizational goals as well as local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

This RN Director must have their BSNand a clinical nursing background in women's and children's services. A minimum of 3+ years of manager level experience is also required for this position. A master's degree is highly preferred.
