Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Shift: 40 Guaranteed Hours and weekend rotation.

Daily patient load: 10

Coverage in med/surg, ortho, neuro, cardiac, onc, ICU.

Required experience - adults, geriatrics, acute care, gen skills, patient family edu, acute/chronic, community re-entry, functional act, adaptive equip, arthritis, hip/knee injury/total, amputee, TBI, CVA, Dementia/Alzheimers

First time travelers: only considered if background is VERY strong.
