Supplier Relationship Specialist, Senior

Your Role

The Print/Mail Operations team is responsible for supporting individual business units and our suppliers, by providing oversight of our business processes, service delivery and risk management. The Supplier Relationship Specialist, Senior will report to the Print and Mail Operations Manager. In this role you will play a key part of the Installation and Billing team by delivering and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure that our sourced output functions are performed timely, accurately and cost effectively.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Service delivery management of key suppliers.
• Ensure supplier operations meet the needs of the internal stakeholders and ensure it is compliant with the contracted service level agreements.
• Design and implement new business process outsource opportunities, facilitating input from cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of those new opportunities.
• Participate in various cross functional projects, ensuring that the needs of the supplier operations are addressed, and the supplier delivers a solution that meets the business requirements.
• Propose and/or supervise analyst support of internal process improvement initiatives that reduce cost and/or improve quality performance standards.
• Work with internal business partners to strive for consensus by developing trust, building relationships, and communicating effectively.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires knowledge of Sourcing/Supplier Relationship Management
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience leveraging cross-functional internal and external (supplier) relationships to drive complex projects
• Experience presenting to individuals or teams preferred
• Ability to work as a team to achieve collective outcomes

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 87,200 to $ 130,900 for California.
