    This community-based medical center provides a full range of Medical Services and Specialities including Emergency Medicine, Surgical Services, a variety of health clinics, Infusion, and Ancillary Services. Being a part of a Health System, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will join a team and facility that puts the people it serves first and strives to provide quality care to every patient and their individual needs.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Perioperative Services, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will be well supported by a staff of experienced techs and nurses. The Surgery Department sees a wide range of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, and Vascular surgery. Supporting a 24-hr Surgery Department, the Nurse Manager will lead a bustling team of highly motivated Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to serve the surgical needs of the surrounding community.

    This will be a true Manager role in which the Perioperative Nurse Manager will oversee Pre/Post Op, the OR, Sterile Processing, and Scheduling. They will lead a team of RNs, Certified Surgery Technicians, Equipment Technicians, and Sterile Processing Staff. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will influence their staff to work at the top of their scope of practice providing a standard of care set by such a prestigious surgery department. They will act as a resource and provide guidance in complex situations. This manager will also ensure that all regulatory standards are maintained and met.
