ProLogistix is currently hiring a 1^st Shift Team Lead for our Distribution Center client in Ladson.This is a career opportunity inside a new warehouse supporting retail stores throughout the Charleston area. You will be working in a production-style warehouse where product is received and shipped out all in the same day. The warehouse is clean, organized, and the product is not heavythis is a GREAT JOB!

Pay:$20.00 /hr(Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift:8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday (flexibility to start early, stay late, or help on weekends is needed)

Job Duties as a Team Lead forProLogistix:

• Assist Warehouse Management to direct associates based on productivity needs
• Microsoft Office skills needed to assist with record-keeping and reporting
• If certified, may operate High Reach or Order Picker forklifts to move product on and off trucks and around warehouse. Load into racking as needed.
• Assist with unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. Could be unloading by hand as much as 50% of the time.
• Willing to work in any area of the warehouse to keep production movingmust be flexible!
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

• Lifting requirement is 50 pounds
• Must have experience as a team lead or supervisor in a warehouse or production setting
• Prefer experience on standup High Reach forklift (order picker a plus)
• Will be working in a warehouse environment - hot/cold/humid
• Stand for 8-10 hrs. /day
• May stay late or work on weekends to complete product shipments for the day
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand
• Willing and capable of giving feedback, stepping in resolve issues between associates on the floor
