An accredited acute care hospital located in southern New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This not-for-profit healthcare system operated more than 100 clinical locations throughout the southern New Jersey region. This hospital offers a variety of medical and surgical specialties including neonatal and maternal health services, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics, radiology, cardiovascular and pulmonary services.

The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will join a collaborative cardiovascular program that boasts high levels of quality and patient-centered care. This advanced cardiac service line has integrated more than 70 physicians that are trained in the diagnosis cardiac disease, minimally invasive procedures, advanced cardiac procedures, and cardiac rehab. The cardiac team offers specialized care or a variety of heart and vascular conditions.

The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the Cardiac Cath Lab unit. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the personnel management of 10-15 direct reports, department resource management, and fiscal maintenance of the department. A Bachelors degree from an accredited school of nursing is required along with current state nursing licensure. At least 3 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
