As the Women's Services Nurse Manager you will join a strong team of a Maternal Child Director, L&D staff Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Youwill be responsible for supervising Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery departments, ensuring top-notch patient care, and implement and maintain evidence-based nursing practices, setting high standards of care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Nursingis required
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience is essential
• Hold a valid New Jersey RN License
