The ICU RN Supervisor directly supervises staff and is a clinical expert practitioner specific to the unit at education/staff development functions as well as designated management functions to promote high quality, cost effective health care. As part of unit leadership, manages daily operational throughout process in collaboration with other unit leaders, Administrative Coordinator, Care Management, other nursing unit and support services to include room assignments, rounds/huddles, transfers/discharges. Bed Board, full capacity protocol initiation, and effective communication with other disciplines and departments. The ICU RN Supervisor will be Bachelor's in Nursing prepared with at least 3 yearsICU experience.
