As anRN Home Health Clinical Manager, you will:?

• Be responsible forthe oversight of all personnel and patient-centered care/services provided by the agency, including patient and personnel assignments, coordinator patient care, coordinating referrals, assuring that patient needs are continually assessed, and assuring the development,implementation,and updates of the patients individualized plan of care
• Be responsible forthe agencys quality assurance and performance (QAPI) program, including patient outcomes and patient experience
• Create a positive work environment conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal,state,and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare ?
• This office has skilled services.?The person in this role will be doing nurse visits in the field and working in-office.

To qualifyforanRN Home Health Clinical Manager position with us, you will need:

• A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingin the state of Ohio
• Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experiencerequired.
• OASIS experience required.
• Two (2)years of management experiencerequired
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations, as well as a valid drivers license and current car insurance.?
