TheClinical Instructor forPerioperativeServicesis an exciting opportunity to foster growth and development for the dynamicPerioperativeTeam.Surgical Nurse Educatorprovide a systematic process for the assessment, development, and evaluation of the organizations health care staff which in turn allows the health care staff to deliver excellent patient care. Additionally theEducatorwillprovide on-going education of the health care staff to the organizations philosophy, goals, policies, procedures, role expectations, and other functions needed to perform in the specific work setting.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Nurse Educator experience required.
• Extensive experience in aperioperativearea required. Operating room experience highly preferred.
• BSNrequired;MSNpreferred.
• CNORrequired.
• Current CT Nursing License required.
