TITLE: Quality Center Manager

DUTIES: Responsible for a team of quality, product, and dimensional engineers as well as the quality assurance supervisors. Responsible for all quality systems and aspects of quality control and quality assurance at the plant. Oversee multiple crew operation and providing leadership for quality system implementation and execution. Achieve plant and corporate quality targets and key performance indicators. Audit process and product standards for conformance. Provide problem solving expertise and leading through excellent problem-solving capabilities. Plan, prioritize set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment. Establish partnerships both internally and externally and influencing without direct authority. Benchmark and execute world class manufacturing for Quality organizations and systems. Represent the voice of the customer to the manufacturing teams.
