Our client, a global leader in overheadcranes and lifting equipment is seeking a Crane Technicianto join their team. As a Crane Technician, you will be part of the Field Service Teamsupporting Customers and their purchased/leased equipment. The ideal candidate will have electrical and mechanical aptitude, a flexible and positive demeanorand be comfortable working at heights,which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Crane Technician

Location: New Brighton, MN

Pay Range: $18-$55/hr. - **Pay is determined based on skills, geographiclocation, internal equity, market/data analysis, number of years of prior relevant experience, degrees and/or certifications, technical assessment score, etc.

Whats the Job?

• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at varied customer locations.
  
• Be available 'on call' as part of the service office rotation and provide afterhours service on occasion.
  
• Perform on-site electrical, mechanical, structural and electronic troubleshooting.
  
• Consult w/customer regarding all repair and safety related issues, and document findings, deficiencies, repairs performed, etc.
  
• Maintain Company vehicle, uniform, tools and equipment.
  

Whats Needed?

• AA degree in industrial electrical/mechanical technology, or equivalent vocational training and experience.
  
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  
• At least 1 year experience involving electrical troubleshooting andmechanical repair.
  
• Flexible, positive attitude.
