Safety-KleenBreslau, ONis looking for aLicensedElectrician(309A Certified)to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for performing tasks related to refinery electrical including heat tracing, wiring motors, preventative maintenance and more.

Preference will be given to candidates who apply that live locally to Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.

• Work with other team members, maintenance groups, and refinery operational departments to ensure cost effective maintenance activities;
• Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to maintain effective record keeping;
• Perform routine electrical work and special projects.
• Perform scheduled PM work
• EMT & Rigid conduit experience is required
• Cable tray & ladder tray experience is required
• Install, maintain, repair, or replace electrical wiring, equipment, and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and make appropriate recommendations to resolve the issues.
• Perform electrical testing and repairs on equipment such as: AC motors, MCCs, VFDs etc.
• Install new equipment in a variety of environments to local regulations
• Perform a variety of other duties as assigned

• Licensed Electrician (Commercial or Industrial) required;
• 309A Certification required;
• Minimum 5 years experience required;
• Experience with CMMS;
• Good written and oral communication skills;
• Team oriented;
• Basic Computer Skills required;
• Ability to read electrical blueprints.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work to a flexible schedule and be on a rotating on call schedule.
