The Home Health Nurse Manager will become part of a reputable and esteemed hospital, renowned for its exceptional patient care and commitment to safety. The Home Health Nurse Manager will report to the Nursing Director of Home Health Services. In this role, they will maintain close collaboration with an extensive network of health careproviders and professionals. This includes Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Therapists, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Case Managers, as well as Home Health Aids. Together, they will work as a cohesive team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.

The Home Health Nurse Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing the clinical intake and procedures related to home health care patients. They are entrusted with the daily operations of Home Health Services, which includes staffing, auditing, on-site supervision, and conducting reviews. As the manager, they enforce a culture of accountability among the staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while adhering to established policies and procedures.

The Nurse Manager of Home Health services will be responsible for serving as a role model, initiator in problem-solving, decision-making processes, delegating, and communicating information to the nursing staff. The Nurse Manager will develop clear performance expectations and resolve performance problems.
