A leading acute care hospital located in western Massachusetts is now searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Behavioral Health to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This 300-bed acute care hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is proudly recognized as a top teaching hospital for the past several years. This location offers a variety of comprehensive services including cardiovascular services, cancer care, general surgery, behavioral health, womens and children's services, imaging and laboratory services, rehabilitative services, and much more.

Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the 20-bed inpatient adult psychiatric unit. The Nurse Manager Behavioral Health provides direct clinical supervision, manages department staffing and scheduling, leads a team of 45+ direct reports,maintains oversight of department patient flow, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, assists with department projects, helps the Director with department budgets, and participates in various committees throughout the organization.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain
• Progressive leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting
