Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant business experience in a similar work environment (law firm or corporate legal team), including work with legal transactions and basic understanding of financial analysis skills or experience.

Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to learn new skills
Transaction experience (with a focus on real estate transactions a plus, though not a strict requirement), including the ability to interpret contracts
Strong PC literacy (including the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to expand knowledge to other applications)
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Under general supervision, prepare time sensitive and accurate real property agreements. This will require reviewing and analyzing the content of existing agreements in order to accurately and completely integrate information provided by clients into new agreements
