Description
Project Staffing Assistant
Staffing assistant needed to assist our team with scheduling and filling replacement orders for a large project. This is a 3+ month temporary assignment that will last for the duration of the project. Any interested candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This is a remote position. Might be needed to report to office on a hybrid schedule during training.
Duties include:
- Making departure calls forstaff to ensure they will be reporting to their shifts
- Checking the electronic staff sheet to make sure staff reported to shift, contacting them if they have not, and finding a replacement if needed
- Calling candidates for next day work confirmation
- Filling replacement orders
- Orientation calls to go over procedures and policies for new hires
- Handling minor staff issues that come in during the evening shift
- Monitor team distribution emails
- Interview candidates looking for evening appointments (as needed)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (highly preferred)
- 1 year of experience in recruiting or sourcing (highly preferred)
- Prior experience handling scheduling (preferred)
- The ability to work independently as needed
