Sodexo is seekingpart time Registered Dietitianto provide nutrition care at SSM Health Hospitals in the Saint Louis area. Primary unit will be at SSM Health Saint Clare Hospital which is a 190 bed acute care hospital located in Fenton, MO. Position will work minimum of 20 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours covering at SSM Health Hospitals in the Saint Louis area.

The successful candidate will:

• provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units;
• workSaturday rotation every 9^thweekend and on call every 9^thSundayweekend, providing hospital wide coverage;
• perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays;
• educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses;
• preceptdietetic interns from Saint Louis University;
• work closely with the Food Service Management team to provide exemplary care to patients, staff and community.

Basic Education Requirement -Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note:For those seeking registration after 2023, a masters degree will be required)

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Credentials Requirement:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
• Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
