Overview:

This is an extremely exciting opprotunity for a salesperson as we have over 15,000 caregivers in Texas alone. Many, many competitors constantly turn down referrals because of the lack of caregivers. We do not. We are looking for an Account Manager, Personal Care to join our team. This position reports to the Area Director of Sales PC or VP of Regional Operations and is repsonsible for maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharging planners, and case managers to generate Personal Home Care referrals.

• Responsible for maintaining and documenting marketing expenditures and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.
• Conducts informational meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and inform them of Personal Home Care services.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resources. Assist branch in timely processing of billing. Collects and Documents all demographic and payer information

About You:

• Bachelors / Associates degree
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role preferably home health, hospice, SNF, ALF, Home IV, respiratory/DME or a related industry.
