As the Nurse Manager for the Family Birth Center, this candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations within the unit. The Family Birth Center is distinguished by its spacious and comfortable birthing suites, allowing mothers to seamlessly transition from labor to delivery and recovery without the need for room changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid California RN license and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Women's and Children's Services. Additionally, leadership experience is crucial for success in this role. This L&D Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing supervision to registered nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standard of care within the Family Birth Center. Reporting directly to the Director of Maternal Child Health, the Nurse Manager will contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the department.
