The Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery will beleading a Family Birth Center team consisting of healthcareworkers including roughly 5 full timeRegistered Nurses, additional per diem/ travel nurses, anesthesiologists, techs, and other professional staff members. This unit is comprised of 2 Labor and Delivery Suites, 3 ORs, anddoes 40-60 deliveries per year. The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

In the role of Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager, this dedicated leader will be responsible forplanning andorganizing inpatient nursing operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include financial management, development of performance improvement initiatives, and the implementation of standardizing workflows. A candidate with a valid and current Registered Nursing License as well as prior leadership experience in Women's and Children's Health will make for quick interviews!
