An award-winning, tertiarycarecenter that has been nationally-recognized for excellent pre- and post-natal care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Women & Infant Services Nursing Leader to lead their team as the Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager.This Registered Nurse Manager will be joining a reputable, 600+ patient bed, non-profit hospital located on a beautiful,multi-hospital campus. This medical center has been serving Seattle and its surrounding community for over 40 years and are excited for a new leader to join their Women & Infant Services team.

The Labor and Delivery Supervisor RN will be pursuing an amazing opportunity with a Level I Trauma hospital that has earned an impressive Leapfrog Top General Hospital Award, and has earned designations for being a Primary Stroke Center as well as a Baby-Friendly Hospital. This opportunity is with a large, multi-campus Magnet Designated Health System; therefore, making it one of the most sought after positions in the state!

As Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager with this 600+ patient bed hospital, this nursing leader will report directly to the Director of Womens and Childrens and will be leading a Womens Unit with 9 LDR Rooms, 14 Antepartum Rooms, 6 Flex Rooms, 2 Recovery Rooms, and 2 Operating Rooms. The Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery will be kept busy in this department that performs 170 deliveries a month. The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will provide leadership to 90+FTEsconsisting of Registered Nurses, Techs, Anesthesiologists, and other well-tenuredhealthcareprofessionals. A Nursing Leader with their Bachelors Degree and prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Manager will provide a strong background for a candidate looking to pursue this role.
