A hospital in Southern California is actively seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) to join their growing team.

The Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) will work for a large health system that provides exceptional patient care throughout the country. With over 50+ acute care facilities, and over 100,000 employees, this health system is known for providing care to over 8.5M individuals each year across an array of inpatient and outpatient services. The Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) will be based out of a 350+ bed acute care hospital known for their Trauma Center, Cardiac Care, and Women & Infant Services.

Reporting the Nurse Director, the Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) will oversee one of the fast paced Telemetry unit. Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) include operational workflow, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staff scheduling and assignments, payroll, conflict resolution, and mentoring new-hires, residents, and current clinical and non-clinical staff. The Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) will also be accountable for ensuring regulatory compliance, updating policy procedures, and assisting with new and existing quality performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry (PM) will have recent clinical experience in an inpatient telemetry, cardiac, or med/surg unit.. Additionally, this individual will hold their BSN, have previous clinical leadership experience and be passionate about nursing.
