Home Health Aide (HHA) - Caregiver
Overview:Location: Yorktown Heights, NY
Must have an active Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New York

We are searching for a Home Health Aide to provide care for one of our valued clients. He is currently battling Parkinson's, so we are searching for a passionate caregiver who has Parkinson's experience and is comfortable with working with the family in the home. The family is very kind and will assist the caregiver with transferring. Assistance also required with ADLs.
Shifts are currently from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3x per week.

Essential Functions:
- Care for a client suffering from Parkinson's
- Assist with ADLs
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Standby assistance
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
- New York Home Health Aide license, currently active and in good standing
- Transfer assistance
- Experience with Parkinson's symptoms is preferred
- Must be reliable, dependable and on time
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
- Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
