Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

10 months of Oncology Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Weekends Required

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Call not required

Float to units: based on need

RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.

RTO: Aya Offer: < 5 Days. Client Offer: > 5 Days.

Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Scrub Color: Any (no reddish orange permitted)

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Please notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with BG/Nursys hits, but must present to client for written approval.

Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler

References covering 1 year of employment in their specialty within the last 3 years (6 months of employment for CNAs). 1 Reference must be from a supervisor. Charge RNs accepted.

BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable

Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
