  • Job Description

    OIF is looking for someone to run the Kitchen at the St Cloud, MN board & lodging facility. Hours will be 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday. This person will be responsible for preparing meals that will be served at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This person will be responsible for planning meals that will be served at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm on Saturday's & Sunday's. This person will be responsible for ordering groceries weekly, maintaining food storage, planning and/or preparing meals for each day of the week, and following ServSafe food preparation and storage requirements.

  • Candidate Profile

    Qualification High School
    Experience 1 - 2 yrs
    • Knowledgeable about commercial kitchens and how they are run. • Knows how to plan meals for large groups. • Knowledgeable about food preparation and storage regulations. • Higher education such as college credits or a degree is recommended but not required. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Able to follow company policies and procedures. • Must maintain ongoing training for Food Manager Certification, paid for by Company. • Must be First Aid / CPR certified (provided by employer). • Must be dependable, responsible, honest, and experienced.
