Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Our client, a global eCommerce leaderis seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Engineer] to join their team. As a Facilities/Maintenance Engineer,you will be part of the Plant Facilities Team supporting electrical and mechanical systems at the facility.The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with a background in mechanical and electrical troubleshootingwhich will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ashburn, VA
Pay Range: $37.23/HR on Experis W2
Whats the Job?
- Operate and manage both routine and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
- Inspect mechanical and electrical issues and problem solve
- Troubleshooting
- Will work with a ticketing system, maintenance tracking, etc.
- Many different systems used to track and keep up with work
Whats Needed?
- Top requirements: Electrical/mechanical background, problem solver, strong troubleshooting skills
- 2+ years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- Able to inspect electrical and mechanical issues and problem solve
- Bachelors Degree or Technical (Military/ Trade School) Degree and relevant experience preferred.
