Automotive Client Care Specialist

Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough has a wonderful opportunity to start a rewarding career for the right individual! We are seeking a Client Care Specialist who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our Sales BDC full-time.

Job responsibilities:

• Respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner in order to set appointments
• Receive inbound sales calls using a call guide to set sales appointments
• Maintain long-lasting relationships with customers via phone, text, email, and video while keeping an accurate database. f
• Conduct equity mining to target past customers who may be eligible to upgrade their vehicle
• Attend scheduled trainings when necessary
• Assist the dealership in achieving monthly sales objectives

Must be available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
