Reporting to the Clinical ICU Director and Manager, the Assistant Nurse ManagerICU will take on the leadership role of assisting the management of the department and daily operations. While helping supervise the department, the Assistant Nurse Manager ICU will mentor and guide employees and be a role model for clinical and service excellence.

The Assistant Nurse ManagerICU will work closely with a well tenured team of physicians, critical care registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals in this 10 bed unit. While collaborating with other departments and support staff, the Assistant Nurse Managerwill demonstrate effective communication and strong leadership skills.
