    This position is a full time position made up of 3-6 month interim travel assignments - not a short term option or temporary contract. We offer competitive pay, weekly stipends and benefits with the exclusion of PTO.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee operational effectiveness of the Ascension Living Community and/or PACE organization while promoting the mission and core values of the organization.

    • Oversee community staff and consultants in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Ascension Living Community programs/services and/or PACE programs.
    • Lead the development of financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, aligning monetary resources, developing strategic plans, and measuring results.
    • Direct the development of marketing and communication plans to achieve maximum census/participant enrollment and minimizing the impact of vacancies/disenrollments.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures consistent with ethical and religious directives for catholic health facilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, governing Ascension Living community and PACE health care delivery and guarantees that mechanisms are in place to provide high quality care and services within the community.
    • Function as the liaison between the Board of Directors and leadership. Participate in monthly community governance meetings, presents and responds to questions regarding community operations.
    • Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Nursing Home Administrator preferred.

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
