Position Title: Distribution Support Specialist

Wage: $18.95/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday

Distribution Support Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist Distribution Manager with daily operations

- Monitor daily reports, including warehouse health report

- Communicate in a timely manner with customer service, supply chain, and management

- File all paperwork daily

- Assist drivers with daily paperwork flow

- Order appropriate office supplies

- Verify shipping process each morning

- Assist with year-end inventory process

- Assist with inventory control and stock adjustments

- Answer inbound phone calls and emails

- Ensure that the returns process is followed through daily

- Assist with will call customers and their orders

- Daily communication with the distribution manager

- Maintain a positive and clean work environment in conjunction with maintaining all SAFETY procedures

Distribution Support Specialist Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

- ERP technology experience a plus, training will be provided

- 1-2 years of warehouse experience

- Knowledge of Word and Excel

- Lift and carry up to 50lbs

- Stand/bend/walk for long periods of time

- Sit for long periods of time

- Ability to fax, scan, and email documents
