Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license prior to placement start.

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Candidates should expect to work 2-3 of the 4 Summer Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day).
Any RTO should be provided at time of submission to be considered.

Any returning travelers within 1 year will not require orientation classes. Please make sure to indicate this on your submission.

This unit includes cardiac and O2 monitoring capability.

Nursing requirements; both medical and surgical skillset

ACLS BLS must be AHA

Float to other units in skillset.

RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)

Certifications:

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
