This reputable home health organization provides a range of in-home care options for seniors and adults with disabilities around 100 miles radiuswithin the Seattle metro area. The Home Health RN Director will have a fulfilling job while making a difference in the community.

The Director of Nursing will oversee both clinical and operational aspects of the department. This person will be working closely with the Director of Operations, and be supported by a group of dedicated RN Case Managers and Care Coordination staff.

A candidate with a WA RN license, BSN prepared, and prior experience working in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing facility, and prior Director of Patient Care and Home Care Services experience will score a quick interview.

The RN Director will enjoy working and living in a progressive and coastal area that is famous for Starbucks and overall coffee culture, grunge music scene, the Seahawks, the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, headquarters of a lot of the tech industry (including both Amazon and Microsoft), hiking, kayaking, and general outdoors lifestyle.
