Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Wound Care
A Magnet designated acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Wound Care to join their accredited healthcare team.

As a part of the General Surgery team, the Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive Wound Care services in an office-based outpatient practice setting. This well established practice currently combines a team of 4 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, and 2 Wound Care certified RNs. The Nurse Practitioner will see up to 8-10 patients per day, takes medical histories, assess medical conditions, maintains quality assurance and continuous quality improvement, and helps to establish individualized care plans for each patient. This is a full-time Monday-Friday schedule with no call and flexible timing.
What Makes You Awesome:
- Advanced Practice Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Vermont or ability to obtain
- Wound Care Nursing certification is a plus but not required
