In this role, you ll assist in the execution of client marketing materials in a precise, efficient and economical manner. You ll also assist in all technical aspects as they relate to the design and layout of creative products.What you ll do:Offer insight on production schedulesWork with Account Executives, Designers and/or Art Directors to obtain project specificsWork alongside the creative teams to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are metHelp maintain and oversee creative standards and guidelinesMaintain awareness of current design programsMaintain the organization of the creative server and all resources (i.e., typefaces, logos, images)Prioritize workload and manage time effectivelyWhat you ll bring:Associate or higher degree in related field, such as Advertising, Graphic Design, Commercial Design or Interactive Media Design, or equivalent experience1-2+ years of digital production experience, diversified industries preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills needed to contribute within a team-oriented environmentThorough knowledge of electronic and print production techniques and the ability to make sound recommendations regarding their usePossess a knowledge of and eye for color and photographyAgility in an ever-changing environmentDemonstrated ability to function independently and be self-motivatedProficiency in Macintosh applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint and WordCompetencies you ll demonstrate:AdaptabilityAgency CitizenshipCollaborationCommunicationContinuous LearningManaging WorkStress ToleranceTechnical/Professional Knowledge & SkillsWork StandardsYou ll love working at The Lacek Group - smart people, great environment, engaging culture, comprehensive benefits and fantastic growth opportunities.
