Laboratory Supervisor

• 7 + years experience in cellular therapy (cord blood and stem cell) laboratory or blood bank laboratory in all areas (processing, testing, storage, release- is a MUST)
• Current certification as Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or similar; ASCP certification strongly preferred
• 7 + years eExperience in laboratory management (processing cord blood, stem cells, and/or bloodproducts)
• 7 + years experience in people management (lab staff)
• 5+ years of experience overseeing all technical aspects of tissue bank operations under the supervision of a medical director
• Ability to ensure quality control management and to set up corresponding processes
• Experience in ensuring the validation of laboratories, processes, procedures, and equipment
• Ability for teamwork, multitasking, regular reporting and performance of assigned tasks on time and in the required quality
• Experienced in communicating with regulatory and licensing offices and official certification authorities
• Experience with laboratory inspections, audits, proficiency testing, etc.

Pay:$150,000.00 - $180,000.00
