    Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Analyst who will be providing remote support for external end users. The Help Desk Analyst will be needed for a second shift and a third shift opportunity. The Help Desk Analyst will be providing remote phone support and email support. Your responsibilities in this role - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems - Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity sofware, and a variety of other applications used internally- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment - IT support ticketing system experience desired - Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Comprehensive knowledge of PC desktopworkstations - Expertise in MS Windows 10 - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement - Familiarity with basic networking concepts
