The Education Specialist is responsible for the Coordination and Implementation of Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence. This responsibility includes the planning, organization and execution of education/training programs as identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology. The individual assists in the effective operation through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, providing feedback and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they apply to areas of responsibility. This individual works collaboratively with other members of the education team and facility leadership on global hospital education initiatives as directed.

Job Requirements:

• BSN required
• RN License - Oklahoma
• Minimum of three years RN experience required

Preferred Job Requirements:

• MSN preferred
