    Assistant General Counsel

    YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with cross functional teams to support business objectives, customer needs, and assess and mitigate risks of new and existing business initiatives
    • Conduct research and provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, regulatory filings, and other legal documents
    • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications

    • JD from an accredited law school; member in good standing of at least one state bar
    • 2-4 years legal experience in a law firm or in-house doing progressively more challenging work
    • Inclusive and open mindset

    • Strong prioritization, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Dedication to maintaining meaningful collaborative relationships
