Sodexo Corporate Servicesis looking for a dynamic and energeticGeneral Manager/Chef Manager to join our team for Corporate Service Client in Willard, OH!The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Caf that serves Breakfast and Lunch, 1 Micro-Market, and Catering Operations.

TheGeneral Manager/Chef Manager will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to be the chef for the location. This position represents a split with a percentage of the role General Management focus and culinary. The position will be responsible for financial reporting and the client relationship. Ability to multitask and deliver high end experience every day. Other duties include but not limited to:

• Managing the budget/finances for the business
• Managing the client relationship
• Menu Planning
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Managing a team of hourly employees
• Food and Labor cost
• Catering
• Safety and Sanitation
• Provides team leadership & training
• Controls unit financials
• Directs daily food operations for quality & safety standards
• Supervises day to day activities
• Delegates authority
• Assigns & prioritizes activities
• Monitors operating standards
• Establishes a safe work environment
