• LCSW or LIMHP - Up to $70,000 Base +
• $10,000 Relocation w/ Receipts

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• New service line! Opportunity to create the position and collaborate with the CEO and the primary care team
• 6-8 patients per day - Schedule - Open to 4- 8s, 4-10s, or 5-8s
• Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
• Assisting the primary care team in recognizing, treating, and managing mental health, substance abuse, and psychosocial issues.
• Providing on-the-spot consults to patients and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• LMHC or LIMHP Certifications able to apply
• Collaborates well with others and wants to create a role that will impact the community
• Ability to get licensed in NE
