    Registered Nurse House Supervisor

    An established critical access hospital located in the northern Maine region is currently searching for an experienced Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join their cherished healthcare organization.

    This 25-bed full-service critical access hospital provides a wide variety of award-winning acute care services to many surrounding communities. The Registered Nurse House Supervisor will join a system that is known as an integral member of the community that provides world-class inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical, and emergency services. This organization is built on quality and strives to provide a safe environment that is conducive to patient healing and overall customer satisfaction.

    Under the direction of Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse House Supervisor will oversee the coordination of the inpatient hospital areas. The Nurse House Supervisor provides nursing care activities, implements hospital policies and procedures, and the overall management of the facility. In absence of the nursing Directors, the Nurse House Supervisor provides support to the inpatient units and nursing staff.

    Requirements Include:

    • Registered Nurse in the state of Maine
    • Minimum 4 years of acute care nursing experience
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Ability to functionindependently
