Your Role

The Collaboration Technology Engineer, Senior will be responsible for management and support of the audio/video conference room technologies at Blue Shield of California. Key focus areas include technology selection, deployment, maintenance, and support. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Unified Communication & Collaboration which operates within IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services. Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate and recommend AV Technology towards MS Teams functionality.
• Create product roadmaps.
• Assess stakeholder requirements, timelines and responsibilities.
• Provides 2^nd/3^rd level support to end-users and operational teams as needed
• Ensure AV hardware is supported and up-to-date.
• Oversee vendor and support contracts.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• 4+ years of experience of AV / Conference Room technology with MS Teams, Zoom and/or Webex
• 4+ years of experience integrating Conference Room hardware and other room equipment
• 3+ years supporting C-level meetings
• 2+ years of producing all-hands meetings
• 2+ years of end user training in usage of AV equipment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, consolidate and communicate complex technical information effectively
• Able to navigate through ambiguities and flexible to changing priorities
• Proven ability to build partnerships and work cross-functionally to achieve objectives
• Strong detail orientation, follow-through capabilities and escalation of key issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Hands-on experience with Cisco conferencing hardware and software
• Telephony integration with MS Teams
• Telephony deskside technology (i.e. Handsets, video camera integration)

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 99000.00 to $ 148500.00 for California.
