    We're currently seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to join our team. Our resort is a hidden gem and year-round destination in the breathtaking Outer Banks of North Carolina. As a Groundsperson, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and charm of our resort by ensuring the grounds are in pristine condition.     What will I be doing:

    • Perform regular grounds maintenance on the common and guest areas to ensure they are well-maintained.
    • Report any maintenance issues to management.
    • Attend safety training whenever it is required.
    • You may be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
    Qualifications

    What are we looking for?

    • Knowledge of using gas-powered equipment, including blowers, tillers, weed eaters, and edgers, is preferred.
    • Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and/or holidays.
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Ability to follow simple instructions, both verbal and written.
    • Push/pull up to 100lbs, Climb stairs, and ladders, working at heights of up to 40 feet
