Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

12 months of Oncology Unit experience is required.

12 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license prior to placement start.

Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Top 10 Diagnosis: Intracranial hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; septicema or severe sepsis; seizures; alcohol/drug abuse detox; TIA; acute leukemia; nervous system neoplasms; respiratory neoplasms; malignancy of hepatobiliary system or pancreas

Must have Neuro experience too.
