Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with solutions for HVAC and other home comfort needs
• Consult with potential and existing customers for customized HVAC system solutions
• Follow up on sales bids and leads, offering additional information as needed
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities, including trade shows and referral groups
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in HVAC (Required)
• Sales Experience (Required)
• Comfortable with Outbound Phone Calls (MUST)
• Competence in troubleshooting, interpreting diagrams & blueprints
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-driven, highly detailed, and organized
• Comprehensive knowledge about the HVAC domain and its offerings
• Unwavering integrity with a fervent aspiration for both personal and collective professional enhancement
