Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

Additional Details:

Shift: M-F

Nurse to patient ratio: 1 CC/16-25 patients/day

Required Certifications: PRI and Screen certification, preferred

Required Experience: Registered Nurse at least 12mo+ experience in acute care nursing and acute care case management in hospital setting

Dress Code: business casual or scrubs permitted.

Additional Info: Acute Care Case Management/discharge planning, Utilization Management, this experience is pertinent to success of a traveler as it operates much different than other Case Management roles. Travelers get 3 days of training and expected to function at full capacity.
