Position Title: Table Games Supervisor

Position Summary: The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Supervises all procedures and controls for the Table Games in assigned area
  
• Safeguards assets of the company
  
• Directs and supervises all Table Games dealers in assigned area
  
• Ensures proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed
  
• Complies with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines
  
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary: Salary: $14.75 / per hour plus attendance incentive
