About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, build software that integrates with third-party services, and continuously identify opportunities to improve software and the development process. You will stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of software.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions for our manufacturing software, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, design, and implement solutions.
• Build software that integrates with third-party services and systems to automate manufacturing processes.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of software.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the software and the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or an advanced degree with equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud computing.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Linux, Windows (PE),System board interfaces (i.e. I2C, PCIE, IPMI, and Redfish hardware interfaces), and networked communication protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, UDP)
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C/C++/C#, Java, JavaScript, Shell / Bash script
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
